"Thought my cake request was a little over the top.  But when I saw what Dorie could do with cake, filling, and frosting I knew I could get the cake I wanted -- and I did!  There';s a tremendous amount of creativity and experience that goes into one of these cakes.  They're almost too good to eat -- but then again they're far too good not to.
